Your agent takes the customer through the onboarding flow you designed: ID, photo, signature and the validation steps you set.

Questions distributors ask us
Do I have to take all eight modules?
No. Every module is optional. Most distributors start with the four core modules (client onboarding, loan management, device locking and the customer app), and not necessarily all four. Credit check, inventory, the online store and ticketing can be added at any time.
Which phones can cellKi lock?
150+ Android models through KnoxGuard, Google DLC, PayTrigger and the other manufacturer provisioning technologies. Tell us which models you sell and we will confirm coverage.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Agents onboard customers and record payments offline in the mobile app; everything syncs when they are back online. Locking commands are delivered as soon as the device reconnects.
How do customers pay?
By mobile money through 20+ direct integrations across Africa and Latin America, or in cash collected by agents and reconciled in cellKi. Customers see their balance and pay from the customer app.
How long does it take to go live?
